Training Schedule

For those of you looking to make big improvements or compete at the top level, we recommend that you attend as many sessions as possible. For those restricted by time, we have 4 core sessions (Track, Swim, Cycle, and Strength and Conditioning). Core sessions are marked in blue and will be coached. Further sessions are also available, but may not be coached. We also strongly advise that you do at least one longer, steady run each week.

For Candlemas Semester 2016, sessions will run from the 23rd of January to the 19th of May.
